Effinity Charitable Foundation is dedicated to empowering young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Effinity Charitable Foundation was founded in 2012 by the Senior Partners of Faithorn Farrell Timms with the mission of empowering young people in our communities. With a strong focus on personal development, confidence building and creating pathways, Effinity is dedicated to helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds unlock their full potential.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to advancing the lives of young people by providing financial support for initiatives that foster growth and opportunity. This includes funding recreational and leisure activities that promote social welfare and enhance wellbeing, as well as supporting programmes designed to develop skills, capacities and capabilities. By investing in these areas, we aim to create lasting, positive change in the lives of those who need it most.

Since 2001, Faithorn Farrell Timms has been dedicated to supporting young people by helping them develop their skills, capacities and capabilities. Social value has always been a core principle for the Practice, who have remained committed to giving back to the community and making a meaningful impact.
This commitment led to the creation of an organisation-wide policy focused on seeking out opportunities to create pathways for young people in the communities where FFT operate. As a result, numerous staff-led initiatives, as well as collaborations with clients, have helped to drive meaningful change and improve lives.
To reinforce this dedication to social value and charitable giving, Effinity Charitable Foundation was established. The charity is a vehicle to enable ongoing positive change within communities, and to improve the lives of those who need it most, namely young people in disadvantaged and under-represented groups.
