Effinity Charitable Foundation is proud to have supported Brighton Table Tennis Club (BTTC) and their Crowdfunder through our donation of £10,000 in match-funding to support their inspiring community work.
BTTC is a community table tennis club with a focus on social value in Brighton and Hove, running sessions for over 1,500 people each week. They aim to transform lives by providing positive role models, increasing engagement with education and community, and improving health and well-being.
In January 2025, BTTC opened a new location in Moulsecoomb, marking an exciting new chapter. With the help of their recent Crowdfunder, they have raised an amazing £109,340, which will help them launch a dedicated para hub for players with physical and learning disabilities, host monthly community meals, and run a variety of inclusive sessions, free or at concessionary rates, to ensure that cost isn’t a barrier.
